Brian took off Friday so we could head to Louisville for a dr.'s appointment. (Finding dr.'s here in Indiana that are accepting new patients has been a very big challenge.) Once we got into Louisville, we dropped the kids off at Jen's and then headed to my dr.'s appointment. It was a win win. Dr. Creeley was super nice, super helpful with me and is even going to remove a cyst off Brian's neck for him. We both benefited from the visit. A win-win. After the appointment, Brian and I had lunch at our lunch time favorite--Jimmy John 's--and it was so nice. Great sammich and some nice alone time. We then headed to Jen's for the rest of the afternoon and had such a nice visit. Everytime I see her, Eli, Matthew, and baby Kyle (and of course Mr. T), my heart swells. I love them all so much and miss them so much. The connection is almost undescribable. It's as if they have been a part of our family forever. We laugh, we talk, we cry....she is such an amazing friend and I love Matthew, Eli, and Kyle as if they were my own. 
We capped our visit off with a trip to our favorite dinner spot--Fat Jimmy's--and stuffed ourselves with pizza. It was so yummy. Overall, a perfect day with some pretty wonderful friends.
