My jumping boy.

Abby looooves the sandbox.

We have enjoyed our trampoline so much. It has given us hours of enjoyment, laughter, and good family fun. Here is a quick video of the kiddos. Sissy has finally learned how to jump using both feet and is so proud of herself.

Vacation is over....:(

Well, it started with a bang (Great Wolf Lodge) and ended with a bang (an overnight hotel stay with just me and Brian). Unfortunately, the middle of the stay-cation was hindered a bit when Brian developed a whopping sinus infection. However, he recovered just in enough time for us to get away. We had such a wonderful time and desperately needed the time together with out the kiddos. We swam at the indoor pool, feasted like kings at our favorite restaurant, and spent lots of time talking and loving on one another. It was so nice. A big thank you to Maw-Maw and D-D for making our little get-away possible. I think the kids had as big of a time as we did.
We brought Will and Abby back some cute PJ's (in the pictures), an outfit for each of them, and two small boxes of Fruit Loops (which was their favorite thing I do believe). We also went to Toys R Us tonight and used a coupon in the paper to get Will a Super Hero Squad Headquarters. He loves it. It even sings the cartoon's theme song which as you can see...Will has almost memorized it. He is all about some super heroes right now and we are all about him. He is so darn cute.

The rest of the pics

Well, we had such a wonderful vacation at Great Wolf Lodge. Will was totally fearless on the water slides and had such a big time. He couldn't get enough of the water park. What was probably the most unbelievable part of our trip was how we had the whole place to ourselves. With over 400 rooms, there were only 13 guests. It was amazing. We can't wait to go back.

And of course, we end our vacation with a trip to the dr.'s office on our way home. We not only brought home great memories, but croup as well. :(

A glimpse at the fun we are having...

We are having the best time ever! More pictures and stories to come!

Playtime with our Rainwater Family.

We made a trip to ******** last week and here are the pictures from our wonderful visit. We had lunch at Chick-Fil-A with Coach, visited our friend Jen Calvert, and then went to Tracy and Sadie's house. It was such a treat seeing everyone.

It is so fun having a little girl...

Words can't describe how I feel about my little girl. She, from birth, has been fiercelyattached to me (which has indeed been difficult at times). She just loves her momma and I love her. Everything I do....she wants to do. Each morning when I put my make-up on, she patiently looks up and waits for me to put make-up on her too. (I pretend to do it and somehow that is enough for her). Every time I paint my nails she sits perfectly still and lets me paint hers too. Whatever I do, she wants to do and wherever I go, she wants to go. She is my little buddy and I am so thankful to have her.

Matt's Birthday

We had a very nice visit at home this past weekend celebrating my brother's birthday. Lots of my mom's family came and it was an easy, relaxing time. Happy 34th Tia. The Taylor Tots and parents love you.

Carter Sweat Shop

I feel so forutunate to have a mom that loves to sew and even better...loves to sew for her grandchildren. She is ultra talented and puts so much love and detail into everything she makes, so it comes as no surprise my web savvy husband wants to market her amazing talent. He spent much time this past weekend trying to convince my mom that if she does the sweating (a.k.a the sewing) he will bring people to do the shopping (drive people to her website..which is what he does for a living). We did look at a couple of "web stores" on Etsy but it would be a lot of work and a lot of sewing and I...selfiishly...just want to keep her sewing for Will and Abby and no one else.

Here is a picture of her most recent creation. It is modeled after Matilda Jane which is my biggest weakness and splurge in the world of children's clothes but who needs Matilda Jane when you've got the Maw-Maw.

Camp out

I must say how impressed I was when my non-outdoorsy-kind-of-man ordered this little tent for his 5 year service anniversary present at work. Of course, he did it just for Will (and Abby once she gets a little older) and they put it to good use last week.
They had such a big time and slept out there ALL night long. I don't think Brian slept much but Will did great and has since asked nearly every night if he and "my dad" can camp out again. I know I've said it a million times but Brian is such a devoted father and husband. He amazes me.

Last weekend with Brian's family

I have slacked a bit on my blog because we had yet another round of sickness. It was our 2nd throw up virus this summer and poor Will of course was the lucky victim. He missed nearly a week of preschool and then finally got back on his feet enough to make a trip to see his Ney and Big Jul. We had a great visit and the kids enjoyed getting out of the house. Here are some pictures from our trip.
